Jeannie Kain joined Kaplan, O'Sullivan & Friedman in 2004 after receiving her J.D. from Northeastern University. Prior to law
school, she was an accredited representative at the International Institute of Boston. She holds a B.A. from American University.
Jeannie practices immigration law exclusively, with particular interest in asylum, removal proceedings, and family-based immigration.
Additionally, she has written numerous appellate briefs for BIA, AAO and federal appeals cases, including the following cases:

Jeannie is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, and the
U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and she currently co-chairs the New Members Division of AILA's New England chapter.
